Hear The People Sing - Replay Available until Oct 11
On the 11th of September I stood before my computer to transmit the information and energy of the ‘Hear the People Sing’ session. I felt and saw Yeshua standing to my right and Mary Magdalene to my left. While that’s not unusual, as I often feel their presence, I was very aware that what was being energetically anchored was the beginning of a tremendous and exponential transformation upgrade for the physical body.
As I sit writing these words three weeks later, I understand so much more about the rite of passage that we are all going through, which we could call ASCENSION, but which is really a coming of age of who we are as a human species.
Our cellular structure is being systematically and gradually rebuilt by DIVINE LIGHT.
This represents the threshold beginning of an accelerated human evolutionary upgrade, aligning with an upgrade of Earth’s vibrational frequency.
The process of human evolutionary upgrade is divinely guided
This process of physical transformation will accelerate in the next seven years in those people who can hold and adapt well to the energy. Energy frequencies vibrating and flowing through the body’s energy meridians are first required to trigger the energy change, which will, in time, become manifested physical organic change.
This upgraded process of transformation begins NOW

I have given the time prompts below so that you can repeat each short energy transmission three times. This will anchor these frequencies within your cells and prepare you for what is to come. Drink more water than usual with liquid chlorophyll added, which will transport LIGHT to the cells.
Adaptation symptoms you could experience at this time are fatigue, headache, temporary blurred vision, unexplained aches and pains, sadness, or a feeling of being ‘off!’ Listening to DETOX FOR THE PHYSICAL BODY in the Ascension Library may help, but these symptoms won’t last!

At 4.21 minutes: Energy preparation for our energy anatomy to receive and assimilate more powerful energy frequencies that will take us beyond healing, which is balance, to spark regeneration.
At 38.57 minutes - 44 minutes: Energy preparation so that the cells of the body can hold more light. Energy for the skeletal structure and the bones so that the ‘tree of our new life’ can glow with light.
At 1.09 minutes - A strengthening of the auric field to allow for physical body re-engineering to begin.
