Hello everyone,
This morning, as the sun rises over the desert sands of Upper Egypt, I invite you to join me through your heart-mind (just by thinking it and feeling a loving connection) here at Abu Simbel.
I will be with my “Advancement in the Land of Khem” group exploring the temple of Ramesses II.

You have probably seen images of the four huge statues that tower upwards from the sand here in the Nubian desert.
Today, apart from the tourists who visit at dusk and dawn, the two temples of Abu Simbel appear almost deserted and lost in the sands of time, but in 1274 BC this place was a mighty hub of worship and reverence to the Gods that had watched over and orchestrated Ramesses’ victory in the battle of Kadesh.
The battle of Kadesh was Ramesses victory over the Hittites, but when I visit Abu Simbel, I don’t think about ancient and forgotten battles. It is the statue and small temple of Nefertari, the favourite “Great Royal Wife” of Ramesses, that calls to my heart.
Today at Abu Simbel, we will be exploring the energy power of timeless and eternal love and how that energy of love never fades as it is held within the heart.
Ramesses referred to Nefertari as “She for whom the sun shines.” Her statue is equal in height to his.
Theirs was a profound love affair.

Physical Heart Issues Disappear -
Love Comes In
Recently I received this letter from Bridget, who had been suffering from heart issues and lives in Canada.
“My second heart attack happened five years ago. It has been a long, slow haul back to health. Your energy sessions for the arteries and veins not only healed them but unblocked the lump of plaque that was stuck there. The doctors were scared to give me a stent, because there was precious little room to put one in.
Last year I started using the heart recording, taking your energy through my heart and lungs while I just relaxed. Leslie’s Story
Judy Explains How to Deal with it.
Leslie knows just how disruptive to life and happiness the irrationally disturbing, anxious, overcharged and gut wrenching emotions and physical sensations of post-traumatic stress can be.
I met her recently while in the USA, and later that day, after our chat she listened to one of the energy transmissions in the Karmic Clearing section of the Ascension Library - CLEARING PTSD.
Leslie told me that while listening, she felt a pulsing sensation in several areas of her body, including inside her ears. She could not understand how her ears could have been traumatised, but she felt much better after using the recordings, and this sense of peace and emotional wellbeing continues.
Several days later, during an EMDR session with a counsellor (evidence-based psychotherapy), memories surfaced that corresponded remarkably with where she had felt the pulsing in her body. The childhood experiences of verbal ridicule, shame and humiliation were released by the energy language from the organs (ears) that had taken in and stored the trauma-inducing energy of the words during childhood.
Judy says: If you suffer from uncomfortable, repetitive emotional responses and feelings, or hold yourself back in life, then know that ALL Ascension Library programs will help you to become a stronger and more vital YOU.
However, check through the karmic clearing section and if a recording title speaks to you, listen to just that ONE recording nine times at a session over three consecutive days. You will feel RELEASE and NEW EMPOWERMENT.
Again, these transmissions are not a replacement for professional psychological help. Rather, they can, like in Leslie's case, support individuals to alleviate feelings of distress alongside professional support.
