Hello everyone,
As you read these words, I will have just arrived at the Art of Living Retreat Center, North Carolina to prepare for my four day retreat that begins this Friday. Yesterday, I was thrilled to be back at “Stardreaming” near Santa Fe, with my good friend James Jereb.
We co-created a Stardreaming Dragons, Dreams and Stars event in James’ new Oculus events center.
THE QUEST OF THE ILLUMINATED DRAGONS
At the event, James discussed the signifiance of the quest of the Illuminated Dragons. In this painting above, the blue beings of Sirian, are pointing the way of true creation.
The Elohim arrived in white, faceless because they are the Creator Gods. The dragons, snakes, dolphins and whales bring their alchemical energy magic. The white robed figure in the centre of the circle is from Alpha Centauri. The energy gifts of the beings of Alpha Centauri are coming to us now to help us expand our minds and create in new ways.
This painting by James Jereb exactly mirrors my story 'Sunshine Before The Dawn'. They are both about the creation of the human being.
James Jereb is the founder and creator of Stardreaming, a sacred site of stone temples and labyrinths located near Santa Fe, New Mexico.
James is a visionary artist and cosmic architect, who creates his alchemy of magic in paint, print and stone. I first met James when I visited Stardreaming in 2013 and three years ago in Sydney we held an event together: the Alchemy and Magic of the Illuminated Dragons.
The energy of these multi-galactic “Illuminated Dragons” is transmitted in the paint and color of the many thousands of tiny dots that make up James’ paintings. The energy of the dragons is also transmitted in the energy words that I suddenly discovered that I could transmit when I worked with the paintings in Sydney.

Dealing with Anxiety, Uncertainty and Stress
WHAT'S GOING ON AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT

Recently, I have had a number of people reach out to me feeling anxious or distressed. Many sensitive souls are being affected by the energy streaming to Earth. Change and unpredictability is everywhere.
How are YOU feeling these days as we navigate successive eclipse cycles, overly crammed “to do” lists, fear of the future, anxiety about making ends meet, or just coping with LIFE on planet Earth, circa 2026?
The thing is: Sometimes the process that we go through is exactly what we need to become stronger, more resilient, more able to rise above the sensations of stress in body and mind.
SENSATION in body and mind is all that it is, energy in MOTION and we must not be afraid of it. In my own life I notice that packing up to go away for months always brings up anxiety for me as I work at breakneck speed, with a big adrenal push, to get to D Day, which is not storming the beaches of Dunkirk, but DEPARTURE DAY and the welcome opportunity to relax and watch back to back inflight movies!
The trick in dealing with anxiety and fear of all kinds is to move towards it and see it as a friend just here to show us more about ourselves.
To those people who contacted me recently I said: Sit quietly, shut your eyes and FEEL where the unpleasant sensation is in your body or mind. Make the unpleasant feeling as strong as you can. It is only a sensation. It is not YOU.
A happy sensation is the same as an anxious sensation. It is how we react to it and the stories that we then tell ourselves about the sensation that spirals us down the rabbit hole of “what’s wrong with me, am I sick?" or any number of permutations of doom and gloom and what a terrible future we might have if…
Ascension is a physical and consciousness upgrade, but it is also to do with MASTERY, realising that as a timeless soul in human form no harm can ever come to us and that all is well.
What we have to do is master the nasty emotions when they surface, as they still will, no matter how ASCENDED we might become.
So this is what I did 48 hours before D DAY.
I put my hand on my heart chakra and laughed at myself. I said the Arcturian Healing technique of “This anxiety of not getting everything done and remembering everything I have to do and take with me is not mine, I dissolve it with love now and forever”, and I sent a big blast of love and gratitude to the anxious sensations and went back to sleep.
So laugh, be happy, don’t judge yourself for how you feel at ANY given moment. When we deliberately make an unpleasant emotion/sensation stronger it lets go of its strangle hold on us.
