2025 Itinerary -
The 2026 Itinerary will have many new additions!
Day 1: Sunday - Welcome
Arrival in Cairo can be on either Saturday, or Sunday morning, day one of the tour. An additional night’s accommodation on Saturday can be arranged. Rest day with a Welcome Dinner in the evening.
Overnight: Ramasses Nile Hilton - Nile Corniche, Cairo.
Day 2: Monday - Old Cairo
After a relaxing breakfast, we visit the Matareya Garden, where Mary and Joseph are said to have rested with the baby Jesus and explore the Coptic Christian area of Cairo before visiting the Khan El Khalili Market in the afternoon.
Overnight: Ramasses Nile Hilton.
Day 3: Tuesday - Cairo - Early Dynastic Egypt
Today we explore the Saqqara pyramids, the Serapeum and the Museum of Ancient Civilisations. The pyramid of Djoser, sometimes called the Step Pyramid of Djoser, part of the Saqqara complex, was the first pyramid to be constructed in Egypt in the 5th dynasty.

DAY 4: Wednesday - Aswan - Initiation – First Cataract
This morning we fly to Aswan.
In the afternoon we sail on a felucca to the island of Elephantine and the first cataract of the Nile with time to explore the Aswan Botanical Garden.

Day 5: Thursday - Aswan - Island of Philae - Initiation with Isis
We depart early to explore the Temple of Philae, an island based temple complex in the reservoir of the Aswan High Dam. The Philae Temple was built by the last dynasty of ancient Egypt, the Ptolemaic. It is dedicated to Isis, the goddess of healing, birth, and magic, her husband Osiris, and their son Horus.

Day 6: Friday - Join our Movenpick Nile Cruise
During our second morning visit to the Philae temple we go deeper with Isis before returning to our cruise ship for lunch and to rest and relax on deck.

Day 7: Saturday - Cruise - Kom Ombo Temple/Edfu Temple
Today we visit the Temple of Kom Ombo, and reach Edfu where we will anchor for the night. Kom Ombo is unusual double temple constructed during the Ptolemaic dynasty, 180–47 BC. Kom Ombo is dedicated to Sobek the crocodile. It has an interesting crocodile museum of mummified crocodiles.

Day 8: Sunday - Edfu, Esna Locks, Luxor, Luxor Temple
After breakfast, we visit Edfu temple, which is dedicated to the falcon headed god Horus, before sailing on to Luxor via the Esna Locks. In the late afternoon we will explore Luxor temple.
Overnight: Luxor - Movenpick Cruise ship.
Day 9: Monday- Abydos Seti 1 Temple and Osireion Meditation
We leave the cruise early and travel by bus to Abydos to visit the temple of Seti I, the Great Temple of Abydos. In the evening we have a private visit and meditation in the Osireion temple, which is dedicated to the god Osiris.
Overnight: The House of Life Hotel, Abydos.
Day 10: Tuesday - Abydos - Dendera - Luxor
On our drive back to Luxor we visit Dendera, the Temple of Hathor. The afternoon is for relaxation, maybe sitting by the pool at the beautiful Steigenberger Luxor hotel, with its idyllic Nile and West bank views.

Day 11: Wednesday - West Bank - Valley of the Kings and Queens
This morning we traverse the Nile to the West Bank, reaching the Temple of Hatshepsut in the Valley of the Queens. Then we visit the Valley of the Kings with access to Tutankhamen’s tomb where his Mummy still lies. In the late afternoon we will visit the majestic Karnak Temple complex.
Overnight: Steigenberger Hotel, Luxor.
Day 12: Thursday - Relaxation and integration - To Cairo
This morning is to rest, relax, enjoy chatting with new friends, and have some personal time. Our afternoon flight brings us back to Cairo, where we will stay near the Pyramids.
Overnight: Giza Pyramids Hotel.
Day 13: Friday - Sphinx Visit - Grand Cairo Museum
Our dawn meditation and private visit between the paws of the sphinx will be a highlight. We return to the hotel for breakfast and personal time. In the afternoon, we will visit the Grand Cairo Museum.

Day 14: Saturday - King’s Chamber - Shopping - Gala Dinner
On our final morning we have a private visit and meditation in the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid from 5 am - 7 am.
There will be free time for shopping and personal sightseeing throughout the morning and early afternoon.
In the late afternoon Judy will present a final teaching session, before heading to the historic Mena House Hotel for early evening drinks and a buffet dinner by the pool. Overnight: Giza Pyramids Hotel
Day 15: Sunday - Your Flight Home
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport as per your flight schedule. If you need to leave on Sunday night, a transfer needs to be arranged.
