I’ve had such a special time away these past four months meeting friends and Ascension Library members at events in New York, Ireland and Vancouver. Now I’m home again and enjoying springtime in New Zealand. For me, this Year of the Dragon has been quite a ride! 🐉
I can quite honestly say that I feel like a very different Judy than the woman who began the year with the same name.
Everyone of us has challenges at times, but my life shines with the energies of beauty, love, joy and light and I am profoundly grateful. I feel blessed to just BE. 💛
As I said back in August, the last four months of 2024 would be a harbinger of even more change.

About The Meditation:
We are energy beings, timeless, eternal souls having a human experience in a physical human body. To get that body more healthy, vital and energized and better able to pull in and assimilate the very much faster and more catalytic Ascension related energy that will stream to Earth from January 2025 we need to get the 12 chakras of our new Fifth Dimensional bodies open, aligned and fully activated.
The 12-1 Chakra Harmony and Alignment Meditation is a short 20 minute meditation set to music, but I have included the words of this powerful technique to print and say daily if you wish. I use this technique to begin my day and feel much more energized as a result
