Hello everyone,
I am extremely thankful that my work enables me to connect with so many of you from around the world.
âAdvancement in the Land of Khemâ tour group - 10 October.
After what has been a huge year of travel for me, with events spanning New Zealand, Japan, Ireland, Egypt and the USA, I am now heading to see my family and new grandson in Western Australia, before returning home to New Zealand.
All year long, I have been experiencing the energy coming through my body to be intensifying and upgrading. I now realise that the bioelectric field of my human body is being affected by the much stronger and much wider range of energy frequencies transmitted through it.
This is very exciting for us all, because I can see that the spiritually designed transformation that we're all experiencing is being accelerated as we move towards 2027 and beyond.
For me, this demands that I place a greater emphasis on my physical health and well-being to ensure that I can hold and ground the higher frequencies through my body vessel.

- 1 tsp of seaweed powder,
- 2,000 - 3,000 high quality vitamin C powder - maybe with D and zinc,
- 2 tbsp of high quality collagen powder.
My greens recipe provides a potent combination of structural support, antioxidant cellular defence, and micronutrient nourishment. Because of the high-dose vitamin C paired with the collagen, this stack functions exceptionally well as a skin and joint-building matrix, and acts to reduce inflammation - the root cause of almost all dis-ease. Just as weâre inviting you to release the old and step into something new as we approach the end of 2026, weâre doing the same. The Ascension Library is evolving, and weâre so excited to share whatâs changing in the coming months.
By mid-year, youâll be welcomed into a beautifully redesigned online space, with a fresh new interface and a more premium, seamless experience that will make finding, enjoying and returning to your transmissions and incorporating them into your daily practice easier.
There is so much new energy coming in, and the evolution of the Library will keep pace with these changes.

Other exciting things to come next year are the Mana Retreat in New Zealand - RETURN TO TARA on the 8th - 15th November.
