Feeling Fabulous and Developing Stillness Within...

Hello everyone,

In 2019, while I was in Bali, I kept hearing the words “the path of the soul less travelled." I realised that I was walking that path myself. We all are, because this is the path of our earthly human Ascension process. This month, my free access offering to all subscribers is a beautiful meditation DEVELOPING STILLNESS. (Access below). This year, the path ahead is being made much clearer to me. It’s much easier for me to see where I am to go and to trust in my inner guidance - my soul’s truth.  I have realised that the more that I surrender and trust the more I  merge with the flow of the golden river of the infinite love and wisdom of Divine Source.  Everything becomes possible and I move from OVERDOING into simply BEING...

On Retreat at Mana...

Today, March 1, is the final day of my Sunshine Before the Dawn seven day retreat being held at Mana Retreat Centre, on New Zealand’s beautiful Coromandel Peninsula.

This seven day process has been designed by Spirit to activate a RESET of body, mind and soul. It is a process of physical and soul transformation that activates and supports participants  into becoming more spiritually and energetically empowered. The seven day process works to let go of the many karmic stories about life that soul trauma that entrain and engrain into the soul’s akasha and within the cells and energy anatomy of the human body.  Your human life can then be recreated on an entirely new level of soul wisdom, consciousness expansion capacity and awareness. 

What I have seen myself from my seven days teaching this work is that now, in 2025, there is an entirely new energy flowing to us from Beyond the Beyond the Beyond - the heart of God and it is time to RELAX and REJOICE!  All is well. We are now going way beyond where we have EVER known ourselves to be as human people and as souls.

Feel Fabulous Compilation

FEEL FABULOUS is a compilation of various recordings from Regeneration Alchemy and Light Life DNA Recoding. Both programs are in the Ascension Library. It is therefore not a new program, but it is the way that I, myself, listen to these recordings.

What I have done in FEEL FABULOUS, is to take out most of the English language explanation and leave the energy, so that you can complete all seven recordings over three days. 

I do one cycle of Feel Fabulous each week and I find that this continues to activate ongoing regeneration in my body. I have also discovered that the regenerative changes also accrue and get stronger over time.

I have realized that healing and balance has to precede regeneration, which is why I have added the two recordings from “Regeneration Alchemy” to balance the body. You can still listen to these recordings in the Regeneration Alchemy section of the Library, but in the FEEL FABULOUS compilation I have merged 1 and 2 together and taken out most of the spoken explanation.

SPIRIT SPEAK - words of advice for the month ahead

The “DIGESTION” of  life’s experiences... 

As you are probably well aware, we are all being physically affected by solar flares and big influxes of energy streaming to Earth. This creates Schumann resonance peaks and affects energy sensitive individuals. Symptoms can be quite intense, but it is important to remember that YOU are not the symptoms that you may be experiencing, and to connect with and BE your HIGHER SELF and not what might be going on for you physically. 

This is not an easy thing when we humanly feel “off”. Energy symptoms may include fatigue, lethargy, disrupted sleep, anxiety, irritation, an increased sensitivity to light or sound, increased tinnitus, vision issues, neck pain, spinal discomfort and headaches.

Powerful solar flares can also affect the digestion of our food. What is happening is that as we shed more and more layers of the karmic “onion”, which is being triggered by the powerful surges of energy we are experiencing during February and March - the solar plexus chakra is being especially impacted.

The solar plexus chakra, just below the diaphragm, is metaphysically to do with “who we ARE in the world and how other people see us.” Some of you might be really going through soul driven changes in this regard. Any symptoms you are experiencing are probably not because you are SICK, or that there is anything wrong with you physically, although I always feel that physical symptoms lasting for more than 10 days should be checked out by a medical practitioner.

Often these symptoms may to be related to energy changes. The solar plexus chakra is also associated with the organs and system of digestion. You may be finding that you cannot digest food that you always used to eat.

I personally find that I can no longer eat heavy foods and need to stick to a mainly plant based lighter diet. Liver cleansing and detoxification helps, as does drinking liquid chlorophyll and lemon water.

Becoming the Lotus - Access via Foundational Tools

If you are feeling a bit physically whacked, you can also get on track with your “authentic soul self” by listening to “Becoming the Lotus”. I made this recording many years ago. It helps us all remember that although the lotus flower starts its journey under the water deep in a muddy swamp, before everntually breaking through into the sunshine, where it rises up, opens its petals and becomes BEAUTIFUL. It helps to ENJOY something special every day...
