Cancellation Policy
We operate a largely no-refund policy to honour the time, energy, and thoughtful preparation required to create and hold a retreat of this depth.
Each booking represents an immediate commitment on our side, including administrative work, venue arrangements, and advance payments to facilitators and suppliers.
A ā‚¬300 Euro non refundable deposit will reserve your place. Full accommodation and food payment is required by 29 March 2026.
In addition, significant international travel costs are incurred well in advance, as Judy travels from New Zealand to be present for the retreat. Deposits & Payment Plans: The ā‚¬300 booking deposit is non-refundable except where required by law.
