Deposit Disclaimer: Your deposit is non-refundable and secures your place on the tour.
Remaining Payments: Payment number two will be invoiced three months before the tour commences, with payment required by online banking, or credit card within seven days. Failure to complete this payment within the seven day period may result in cancellation of your place on the tour.
Remaining Online Payment - $6750.00 USD
Remaining Cash Payment - $300.00 USD (To be paid on arrival)
Note: If you have opted for a single room, you can either bring the ADDITIONAL single room supplement of $1920.00 USD with you to Egypt in cash, or pre-pay it to our Cairo agency, Avatar Travel by international bank transfer. You will receive their bank information when invoices are sent.
Tour One - Invoice sent by email 4 January 2026, with payment by 11 January.
Tour Two - Invoice sent by email 19 June 2026, with payment by 26 June.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer: A reasonable level of health and fitness is required for this tour. There are a number of early morning starts and it gets hot during the day. If you have blood pressure, heart or kidney issues, or have difficulty walking short distances, please check with your medical adviser before registering. However, the trip is paced to allow adequate time for rest and relaxation.
Travel is by air conditioned deluxe bus and hotels and the cruise ship are 5-star. Your personal safety and wellbeing is a priority. A security guard and an Egyptian speaking tour guide will accompany us at all times. The tour is being organised in Egypt by Avatar Travel, a highly reputable and well regarded company located in Cairo. Their care and attention to detail is first rate. Avatar Travel Disclaimer: In the unlikely event of global unrest, adverse weather conditions, regional or national restrictions in Egypt, or other extenuating circumstances that might affect the smooth operation of the tour, or necessitate the cancellation the tour, Judy Satori, Satori Global Ltd and Avatar Travel, Cairo will make every effort to refund participants as per Avatar Travel’s cancellation policy set out below.
All tour participants must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical issues and tour disruption, cancellation, or flight issues and divulge medical information that may affect their wellbeing on and enjoyment of the tour.
Avatar Travel Cancellation Policy: Deposit Non-Refundable. Rest of payment 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: After full payment is received, the following cancellation penalties apply in addition to any non-refundable prepaid expenses:
No refund or credit will be issued for unused portions of the trip. Trip Cancellation Insurance is strongly advised.
